Happy Anniversary

I know this sounds a bit unusual to say but “Happy Anniversary To Us”!! Why am I saying this? Well…

Twenty years ago this April 1st,  our founder Ron Grant travelled back to his home-state of South Carolina to start the beginning of a dream called Meridian Resources. In doing so, he along with our current President Angie Tinnell, forged their way through the BIG competitors to establish the first virtual delivery only outplacement company in the world! YES IN THE WORLD! And even more, the services were based on outcome for the transitioning employee and not on time allotted for service…IMAGINE THAT!

Now, almost 20 years later, I have the privilege of being a part of this truly innovative organization that to this day is different in a good way than all the others that compete in our space. Now I wonder what we will do this year to celebrate and what the next 20 years will bring. You better hold on to your seats and stay tuned.
